R4 is the permit that makes recycling possible
Most Bulgarian waste permits cover only R12 (exchange) and R13 (storage) — accepting waste and passing it on. Ours includes R4 on the battery and accumulator codes, which authorises us to genuinely recover metals and metal compounds from lithium-ion batteries at our own facility.
